PANEL PROFILE DOOR PANEL DOOR SEALING MAIN SLIDING TRACK	Our doors feature galvanized steel panel profiles with interlocking EPDM rubber seals and a powder-coated off-white finish. Optional tubular section panels are available for heights over 7 meters. Our doors feature 40 mm thick CFC-free polyurethane foam panels with GI precoated sheets on both sides. Finished with a standard off-white powder coating. Optional vision window and handles available. EPDM soft rubber seals, interlocking at the sides of the panel profile, ensure complete sealing when the door is closed. Our double modular main sliding track is precision-engineered with built-in space for automation system mechanisms. It is mounted securely on steel or RCC surfaces using steel cleats at the top.
TOP ROLLERS FOLDDING PARKING TRACK BOTTOM ROLLERS HINGES HARDWARE & ASSESSORIES OPTION AVAILABLE	Zinc-plated top rollers with double bearings. Curvilinear door parking track runs parallel to main sliding track for folding door movement. Folding rollers with bearings and triangular bracket assemblies move along the parking track. Heavy-duty steel bottom rollers with ball bearings are fixed to the bottom of the door frame to guide door movement. Die-cast aluminum alloy hinges, measuring 140 x 150 mm, are fixed onto panels in an alternating pattern. Handle on both sides and manual door lock. CONTROL TYPE	Our advanced control system seamlessly integrates all safety and operational accessories, ensuring a user-friendly interface. 1. End position adjustments are effortlessly managed with three distinct limit switches. 2. The control panel features a Variable Frequency Converter, enabling speed adjustment, self-lock functions, and door operation counters.
STIFFENERS ROLLER SHAFT HOOD COVER	Modular section inserted at specific intervals as per opening dimensions. The shaft assembly extends up to 4 meters, transitioning to a Mild Steel (MS) shaft assembly beyond this height. Constructed from galvanized iron (G.I.) sheet and coated with an off-white powder finish.
SIDE GUIDES BOTTOM PROFILE	The structure features self-supporting aluminum detachable profile sections, coated in an off-white powder finish. Additionally, box-type guides are available with optional wind hooks to withstand higher wind velocities. Aluminum profile with an off-white powder-coated finish.
