Our doors feature specially designed high precision rollers and bearings, ensuring smooth operation and resistance to impact and corrosion. Choose from motorized or manually operated versions, with smart and advanced drives and controls for easy assembly and programming.

The bottom rolling system consists of two rollers at the bottom of the door running on a track, supported by two guides at the top running in a guide channel. This configuration ensures that all the weight of the door is evenly distributed, requiring less force to move compared to a top-hung system.

PANEL PROFILE DOOR PANEL PUF PANELS CLADDING SHEET PLAIN SHEET	Our door frame features a sturdy Mild Steel tubular section design, complete with provisions for securely fixing 40mm thick PUF panels. Our 40mm thick PUF panels are made with CFC-free, self-extinguishing Polyurethane Foam and feature 0.5mm thick GI precoated sheets on both sides. Panels available in thicknesses of 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, and 100mm. Options include single skin pre-coated G.I cladding sheet, both sides pre-coated G.I cladding sheet without insulation, and both sides pre-coated G.I cladding sheet with Thermocol insulation. Choose from single skin plain sheets, 1.2mm thick, with all-around beading, or opt for both sides plain sheets, also 1.2mm thick, with all-around beading.
OUTER FRAME TOP TRACK BOTTOM TRACK ROLLERS	Standard tubular pipe section is available, with the option for an optional M.S/G.I "C" type profile frame suitable for all types of cladding sheets. Our double modular top-mounted track, specially designed and constructed from MS plate, comes equipped with end stops for added functionality. Optional bottom guide track available to prevent door oscillation, tailored to your specific design requirements. Top rollers feature a dual-type assembly with bearings, ensuring smooth operation \| Bottom rollers are equipped with pin-type assemblies also featuring bearings for reliable performance.
DOOR OPERATION MECHANISM HARDWARE & ACCESSORIES OPTION AVAILABLE	Choose between a bottom-mounted rack and pinion mechanism or a top-mounted sprocket chain mechanism for your specific needs. Handles are provided on both sides of the door for convenience. Additionally, an optional locking system is available exclusively for manual doors. Features include an in-built wicket door, bottom brush profile, vision windows, louvers, and vertical EPDM rubber sealing for enhanced functionality and versatility.
PANEL & FRAME	Enamel painting is available in an off-white color, with options for powder coating, PU, and Duco finishes. Other colors are also available upon request.
