DOOR PANEL GUIDE FRAME	Our 40/42mm thick door panels are thermally efficient, weatherproof, and finger-safe. Constructed using CFC-free self-extinguishing Polyurethane Foam (PUF) panels sandwiched between 0.5mm thick pre-coated GI sheets, they offer superior insulation and durability. The profiled hot-dip galvanized steel frame features protective strips with EPDM sealing on both sides for enhanced durability and weather resistance.
CURTAIN COLOR VISION PANEL	Standard color options include RAL 5002 (Blue), RAL 3002 (Red), RAL 7042 (Grey), RAL 2004 (Orange), RAL 5012 (Light Blue), and RAL 1021 (Yellow). Custom color options are available upon request. Our glazing options include rectangular panels constructed with either single or double glazing. The standard size for our vision panels is 640 x 320mm.
CONTROL TYPE DRIVE UNIT	Crafted from compact, impact-resistant material, our casing incorporates operating buttons for seamless door operation. Enjoy precise adjustment of door open/close limits and customize the IP rating to your specific needs. Plus, benefit from the built-in Deadman/Pulse Control feature for added convenience. STIFFENERS ROLLER SHAFT HOOD COVER	Modular section inserted at specific intervals as per opening dimensions. The shaft assembly extends up to 4 meters, transitioning to a Mild Steel (MS) shaft assembly beyond this height. Constructed from galvanized iron (G.I.) sheet and coated with an off-white powder finish.
SIDE GUIDES BOTTOM PROFILE	The structure features self-supporting aluminum detachable profile sections, coated in an off-white powder finish. Additionally, box-type guides are available with optional wind hooks to withstand higher wind velocities. Aluminum profile with an off-white powder-coated finish.
DRIVE UNIT EMERGENCY OPERATION OPERATION SWITCH	Introducing our European-designed compact plug-in actuator: equipped with built-in safety catch and thermal protection, ensuring safe operation.
